If the drive is not spinning up properly, the bios cannot access the drive when it is ready to turn over the system boot to the drive. So, testing and back up of that drive is critical. So, I think we are dealing with a different model motherboard.
Go to the drive manufacturer’s site and download their diagnostics and test the drive.
